If this really is to start filming this summer, what ideas do you have in mind for the cast? I am assuming an all-Aussie cast?
Who could play her Australian husband and grown up kids?
"Bob and Fran Price have four adult children: Pip, Mark, Ben, and Rosie. Each child has his or her own unique struggles and secrets that they try to keep hidden from their parents, but Fran has a knack for knowing what is true in each of their lives, whether it is an unhappy marriage (Pip), heartbreak (Rosie), redefined sexuality (Mark), or drug use (Ben). As the children try to redefine their lives separately from the hopes and dreams of their parents, what is real and genuine in the Price family falls apart under scrutiny, and Bob and Fran must redefine their relationships with their children and with each other."

I'm surprised it isn't being filmed around Nicole's annual Aussie Christmas - yay, it means she'll be back home in Oz again soon I would like to see Hugo Weaving as Nicole's onscreen husband (Strangerland reunion). I'd also love either Ben Mendelsohn or Jason Clarke too, even Anthony LaPaglia would be terrific I think!

what about kodi smit-mcphee , cody fern and sean keenan, Nicholas Hamilton (strangerland reunion) ? he said something very unfriendly to Kidman once, so I don't want him.

Jane Campion? Garth Davis? I wonder who the director might be.

Jane Campion? Garth Davis? I wonder who the director might be. this one is a mess recently at film directing, so I kindda hope he comebacks to series for old friend Kidman. Lion also saved our girl's career, no that big as BLL-S1, but did it too in a way. so Davis is a good match!!

Garth would be lovely, as he did so well with Lion. I'm trying to think if there's any up-and-coming Aussie female directors she might tap for it?

I think John Cameron Mitchell is the perfect choice.
