It was so poorly adapted. They didn't make any drama out of "eating photographs" which is extremly weird becaust it's about... a woman who ate photographs. Thank God I knew the story beforehand.
Actors did a good job. Nic & Judy Davis are obviously great, but Simon Baker was also delightful in his small role.

I think Roar is doing well in terms of buzz and reach. I hope we get some data soon but judging by initial social media response I think it'll find some level of success.

the creators admitting Kidman's intervention allowed them to do one of the best episodes. linkincredile, so proud of out girl! I'm enjoying the show, I watched 4 episodes, my favorite so far is the third one, with Betty Gilpin, I love her and she is perfect in this. I liked Nicole's episode as well.

Nic is a true champion for female creators. She just walks the walk. What a Legend!

Nic is a true champion for female creators. She just walks the walk. What a Legend! yes!! she did more than any of those "talkers", I won't list yet there's lots of them with all the beautiful words and speeches (performers). I'm not judging them, I know the world needs that also, conceptually and international communicatively. but Kidman did way more.

Just rewatched Nicole's episode, I absolutely loved her performance and her chemistry with Davis is just Gold, that scene where she is fixing her mom's hair is just beautiful. I really hope they work together again in something more developed and well-rounded, they were so good.

Apparently the duck episode us causing a ruckus with complaints, people are affronted with the scenes of "beastiality" in the episode. Lol.

My friend has watched them all (I’m only halfway through), and that’s her favourite episode haha. That’s the next one I’m about to watch. But paperboy88 I am SO excited to watch the Woman who Returned her Husband - it was hands down one of my favourite stories in the book.
