I completely agree. Although she never fully admitted it she was a secret Nicole Kidman fan parading around as a troll.
But gosh Kidman had the most vehement haters.

i was never on IMDB. how was it there? was it more active? I'd say 9/10 it was absolutely fine. There were some trolls from time to time, especially after the whole Trump thing, but i also used other boards and they had a lot worse.

Oh IMDB times... I honestly do not miss that place. Do you people remember Always_hard? That Jolie stan that was always trying posting shit about Kidman? Well he must be bored to death right now because Jolie's career could not be more static as of late.

I do remember, but I blocked "Always_Hard" right after seeing him trolling the Nicole Kidman board. I had zero tolerance for trolls like that. And phew, there were quite a few back in IMDB. On the other hand, the good thing about IMDB was that it kept introducing new fans to join the board, whereas smaller forums with less exposure like ours could potentially lose our activity/interaction over time.

I wish she was still in the acting game though. She can be very good.

... or stunningly bad. Ahem, Changeling. Agree. Her ‘where’s my son?!’ melodramatic antics gave me nightmares.

... or stunningly bad. Ahem, Changeling. Wait...What? I thoroughly enjoyed her performance in "Changeling" and thought that was Oscar-nominated worthy (My win that year was Meryl Streep in "Doubt").

I liked Changeling a lot too. I’m not sure if you guys would know, but if this hater was a huge Jolie fan, could they be the same person who comments negative things on a lot of Nicole videos on YouTube? I think they had Jolie as an icon and pretty much say the same comments every time. Seems like an obsession.

I like Angelina Jolie, but her "I want my son back!" scene was indeed cringy. Just like Cate Blanchett's "I can command the wind, sir!" scene was cringy, and I'm a huge admirer of Blanchett's acting skill in general.

Sorry, but that was like the second worst performance by an actress that year.

It’s so funny how polarizing performances can be. Sometimes performances transcend personal opinions, other times it just comes down to what style of acting you prefer. I mean, I personally think Nicole is one of the best actresses of all time but I know people who can’t watch anything she’s in.
I also adore Evan Rachel Wood (she was one of the daughters in Practical Magic) and think she’s fantastic but I saw someone say she’s the worst part of Westworld. You guys should check that out if you haven’t already, it’s another excellent HBO show that also stars Thandie Newton who was in the film Flirting with Nicole.
