Please star in this, but she'll probably give it to Scar jo or something. Or maybe Charlize.

If this is not a thriller and is a comedy I totally Stan Nic join the leading role..

Reading at the moment - the premise initially reminded me of Drew Barrymore's Netflix comedy (delete zombie and insert bloody-thirsty murderer). Even the career they both have is the same - real estate agent. However, getting in to it, it's much, MUCH darker. It's a bit off-putting and uncomfortable, to be honest. I also cheated and read the last chapter and it ****SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER**** made me sad what happens to Nicole's character, who very obviously is a product of her horrendous, very sad upbringing.

^Maybe it's just the way I'm reading it, but I tend to visualise what's happening in stories quite vividly when I read, and I could imagine they could make this quite bloody indeed...!

Yes this is for Amazon. It is listed on imdb as a TV series but it was announced as a film.

So I FINALLY finished reading the book today - I actually got about 1/3 of the way through it a while ago, then left it untouched for a while. I picked it up again today, and literally read the rest of the book in one hit in 3 hours haha! I couldn't put it down!
MILD SPOILERS BELOW:
It reminded me a lot of To Die For in such a brilliant way - however, I sympathise with Nicole's character a WHOLE lot more than in TDF haha. I still feel a bit sad about her fate in the book - the book tries to make out as if she, in the end, is just a heartless evil woman, but all the evidence in the book leading up to the finale really didn't gel with that viewpoint - as much evidence as they gave to make me hate her, I couldn't. Hard to explain without giving away everything though...
I hope the screenwriters of this slightly tweak her character, because I really feel like they could still have the same ending, but leave it a bit more 'grey' aka it's not just completely her fault or her husband's fault, but rather somewhere in between.
THIS NEEDS TO BE A LIMITED SERIES THOUGH. I am so completely in the LIMITED SERIES corner for this one, I just cannot see how they could condense it to be a film, and it would do the story an injustice if they did so, I feel...
Anyway, we'll see what happens - but I DEFINITELY want this made, nonetheless!

Hmm, not really - I mean there’s sex in it, but it definitely doesn’t feel like a “sexy” story AT ALL, rather a pretty bloody/gruesome one..! Haha! So, I’ll be interested to know what is Nicole’s naughty date movie, cuz in my opinion this ain’t it haha

^YAY!!! That's what I'm hoping it is - it reads much more like a limited series than a movie.
